Jeroen Nathalia has worked on two sides of finance: improving how companies manage performance, and building investment funds. He began as an international advisor on performance management to listed companies and large organisations such as Heijmans Vastgoed and Bouwfonds, and sold his first startup in the 1990s. He co-founded Duinweide Investeringen, a regulated Dutch fund manager, where he structured real estate funds of nearly €400 million and served as a director until 2022. Since September 2025 he has been a partner at IHS Capital in Amsterdam, where he structures and manages its real estate funds. He studied business administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam and chairs Satu PerSatu, a foundation he co-founded in 2004 to pay school costs for children in Indonesia. He sits on Born Capital's Investment Committee.
